Job Summary
Team Lead Performance Marketing responsible for owning and scaling paid channel growth (Google, Meta, YouTube, TikTok, Reddit) with a strong emphasis on data quality, measurement, and actionable insights. Drive revenue and acquisition targets while managing CAC and efficiency; lead a team of performance managers; collaborate with Product, Tech, CRM, Influencer, Brand, and Creative teams to integrate and optimize cross-channel strategies; develop robust tracking and attribution and translate data into clear actions to influence business decisions. Requires hands-on campaign management experience across major platforms, strong analytical skills, experience with data tools (GA4, Looker, Tableau, BigQuery), and leadership capabilities; located in Berlin or willing to relocate.
Required Qualifications
- 4-6+ years of experience in performance marketing
- Proven hands-on experience managing and scaling campaigns in Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Deep understanding of tracking, attribution, and performance measurement (GA4, MMPs like Adjust)
- Experience with data tools such as BigQuery, Looker, Tableau
- First experience in leading or mentoring team members
- Fluency in English
- Based in Berlin or willing to relocate
