Job Summary
Provide solutions to complex payer issues via phone, chat, and email with speed, professionalism, and empathy. Serve as the primary escalation point for teammates and the key voice for payment experience, escalating insights to drive process optimization. Manage the regional Payment Experience Team's daily operations, including scheduling, training, quality reviews, and project execution. Collaborate with Client & Payment Experience Managers to design team directions, optimize manual work using data analysis, and prepare regional launch materials. Maintain connections with global stakeholders and track the impact of regional changes.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years in customer support
