Job Summary
Support store performance by contributing to sales goals and ensuring alignment with company KPIs. Assist with day-to-day operations including compliance, loss prevention, opening and closing routines, cash management, report generation, and scheduling. Maintain high merchandising standards to ensure a clean, consistent environment. Coach and develop the team through ongoing training and constructive feedback while modeling a customer-first mindset by leading on the sales floor. Collaborate closely with the Store Manager to ensure aligned priorities and swift execution of action plans. Requires 6+ months of leadership experience and ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ months of leadership or supervisory experience in a retail or customer-focused environment
- Ability to motivate, support, and guide a team toward shared goals
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to create a welcoming and engaging shopping experience
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of store operations, including scheduling, cash management, merchandising, and inventory flow
- Proficient in POS, ERP, ATS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Flexible availability; able to work evenings, weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 40 lbs (18 kg), and use a step ladder reaching up to 3 m (10 feet)
- High school diploma required
