Lead the Paid Search (SEA) consultants team for key ecommerce clients in the UK, overseeing campaigns from creation to optimization, mentoring junior to senior team members, and acting as a strategic business partner to clients. Responsibilities include developing and implementing paid search and shopping strategies, managing multi-market campaigns, leveraging automation and AI for performance, monitoring and reporting results to clients, staying ahead of industry trends, collaborating across functional teams, guiding team development and setting expectations, and crafting personal development plans. Ideal candidate has 6+ years in paid search, strong knowledge of Google Ads and Bing Ads, proven results delivery, analytical skills, and excellent communication in English; must be located in the UK with ability to commute to London or Manchester offices twice weekly.
