Job Summary
Champion safety protocols and reinforce PADNOS Safety Responsibility Rules to ensure a safe work environment. Partner with the Operations Coach to evaluate workflows, implement improvements, and lead process improvements that address operational challenges. Train, mentor, and develop team members while driving results by meeting or exceeding key performance indicators. Maintain working knowledge of inventory management to support operational continuity and ensure quality standards are consistently met across all yard operations. This role supports PADNOS's mission as a full-service recycling company transforming the industry for consumer and industrial clients.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
- 2+ years of team leadership experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
- 6+ months of experience operating heavy equipment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with technology and learning new systems
- Leads by example and supports team development
- Able to perform essential job functions with or without accommodation
Desired Qualifications
- Monday - Friday, weekends as needed
- 12:00pm - 9:00pm
