Job Summary
Oversee registration performance standards and daily operations across multiple regional locations, coordinating staffing, developing and implementing standard work, and acting as the primary resource for registration regulatory and department requirements. Lead orientation and ongoing training for frontline colleagues, ensure timely patient access, collaborate with clinical leaders, and drive process improvements to enhance experiences for patients and colleagues. Responsibilities include supervising daily staffing, monitoring work queues, creating and updating registration processes, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and departmental requirements while maintaining effective communication with patients, families, and leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Associate’s Degree in healthcare or related field or High School Diploma/GED and four years' prior experience in a customer service or other role overseeing work processes
- 4 years experience in healthcare, customer service, or educational environment overseeing work processes
- Ability to travel to multiple locations
- DL - Driver's License_PA - State of Pennsylvania
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, technology, and software applications
- Ability to multi-task and handle interruptions with ease
- Ability to communicate effectively (verbally and written) with patients, families, colleagues and all levels of leadership
