Job Summary
Lead a skilled R&D and security research team building advanced endpoint and low-level system solutions across multiple operating systems. Drive end-to-end product ownership, perform hands-on work with OS internals, and create custom tools while producing technical insights. Collaborate with engineers and partners to support team growth, leveraging strong analytical and communication skills. Requires 5+ years in Cybersecurity R&D, leadership experience, and proficiency in C/C++, C#, and Python. Familiarity with reverse engineering, networking fundamentals, and endpoint protection bypass methods is advantageous. Based in Israel and US markets for Israeli startups.
Required Qualifications
- Leadership experience (2+ years)
- 5+ years in Cybersecurity R&D
- Strong understanding of OS architecture (Windows/Linux)
- Experience with C/C++, C#, and Python
- Knowledge of networking fundamentals
- Proficiency in reverse engineering and analysis tools
- Strong analytical and communication skills
