Team Lead, Order Management (Australia, New Zealand)

Job Summary
Lead and oversee end-to-end order-to-cash operations for APAC affiliates, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, compliance with policies and SOX controls, and optimal resource utilization. Guide day-to-day performance, set and achieve SLAs/KPIs, and act as a change leader influencing improvements. Manage and coach a team, provide escalation support, and collaborate with logistics, finance, and commercial teams to resolve systemic issues affecting revenue and customer satisfaction. Drive process improvements, standardization, and automation initiatives; lead smaller projects and contribute to larger transformation efforts. Requires a Diploma/Degree in Finance/Accounting or Business Administration with >8 years of related experience in Order Management or related accounting functions, ERP SAP proficiency, and strong English; multilingualism desired for certain regions. Travel not required.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma/Degree in Finance/Accounting or Business Administration with > 8 years of related industry experience
- Proficiency with ERP SAP module
- MS Office Tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Experience leading teams and managing KPIs
- Experience with ServiceNow or Salesforce is a plus
- Exposure to Lean/Six Sigma or continuous improvement methods
- Proficient in English; multilingualism preferred for specific markets
