Job Summary
Team Lead – Order Fulfillment leads the Order Fulfillment team to deliver a smooth customer experience: greeting customers for curbside pickup, checking in appointments, using internal software to fulfill orders, coordinating with the warehouse, scanning items for checkout, processing returns, answering customer questions, and maintaining inventory accuracy while ensuring accuracy and high service levels.
