Job Summary
Lead a multidisciplinary team of developers and training instructors by supervising daily operations, planning and executing software projects, and optimizing workflows. Act as the primary technical expert in platforms such as ZOHO, webMethods, SAP, or Salesforce while mentoring staff and driving professional growth. Liaise with stakeholders to ensure project alignment and regularly assess team performance to implement improvement strategies. Manage project timelines and quality standards while fostering a collaborative environment focused on technical innovation. This role offers a clear pathway to senior leadership positions like Solution Architect or Integration Specialist within a progressive organization.
Required Qualifications
- 3-6 years in software development and/or training
- at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Expertise in one or more tools like ZOHO, webMethods, SAP, or Salesforce
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and project management methodologies
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a multidisciplinary team effectively
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong analytical and decision-making abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Office time: 2:00 PM IST to 11:00 PM IST
Desired Qualifications
- Certification in project management or relevant tools (e.g., PMP, ZOHO Creator, Salesforce Administrator)
