Team Lead Operations (m/v/x)

Job Summary
Coordinate daily operational activities at the Roosendaal site, including resource planning, dispatching, and equipment deployment for fluid management projects. Lead and develop the local operations team while providing technical support for pumps, tanks, and filtration systems. Monitor performance against KPIs for planning, quality, safety, and delivery reliability, ensuring adherence to Health, Safety & Environmental procedures. Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and internal stakeholders to resolve operational challenges and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Assist in preparing and implementing corrective measures for significant issues. Fluently speak Dutch and English; hold a valid driver's license.
Required Qualifications
- Hands-on professional with experience in operational leadership
- Affinity with industrial equipment and services
- Fluent in Dutch
- Good professional command of English
- Valid driver's license
Desired Qualifications
- Relevant experience within Operations, Industrial Services or a similar environment
- Technical knowledge of pumps, tanks, filtration systems, process equipment or similar industrial installations
- Experience within industrial rental, petrochemical, chemical, water treatment or process industry
- Experience with operational planning, dispatching and daily coordination
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Knowledge of Operational Excellence-, Lean- or Continuous Improvement-principles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Experience with ERP- and/or CRM-systems
- Proactive and practical work attitude
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
