Team Lead Operations (m/f/d) 80%-100%

Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing operations team in a regulated manufacturing environment. Plan and allocate workloads to ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining high quality standards. Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication. Support the development and implementation of operational strategies, processes, and continuous improvement initiatives. Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve operational issues, escalating complex challenges where appropriate. Drive performance management through regular feedback, coaching, and formal reviews to support team growth. Contribute to recruitment, onboarding, and ensure accurate tracking of operational activities and project documentation. Requirements include 3–5 years of leadership experience in scientific/manufacturing/regulatory settings, strong leadership and communication skills, excellent organizational and project management abilities, analytical problem-solving, proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools, and a degree in Science, Engineering, or Business Administration (or equivalent experience); fluency in English is required, with German language skills and knowledge of GxP regulations considered advantageous.
