Job Summary
Coordinate production team operations during shifts, monitoring efficiency, safety, and quality while driving against production and operational targets. Implement and maintain 5S standards, document procedures, and ensure compliance across all shifts. Collaborate with key functions including Production, Inbound, Sortation, Logistics, Inventory, Options, Training, and Planning to share best practices and support staff training. Track team performance using KPIs to identify areas for improvement. Requires warehouse or logistics operations experience, team leadership background, and proficiency in WMS and MS Office. Knowledge of Lean Warehousing and 5S is essential.
Required Qualifications
- Doświadczenie w operacjach magazynowych lub logistycznych
- Doświadczenie na stanowisku lidera zespołu lub koordynatora
- Dobra znajomość procesów systemów WMS oraz MS Office
- Umiejętność wykorzystania KPI do monitorowania i poprawy wyników
- Znajomość zasad Lean Warehousing i praktyk 5S
- Doskonałe umiejętności komunikacyjne i organizacyjne
Desired Qualifications
- Mile widziana komunikatywna znajomość języka angielskiego
- Mile widziane uprawnienia na wózki widłowe lub certyfikat UDT
