Job Summary
Team Lead, Operations responsible for delivering exceptional in-store experiences using Crocs' CHARM service model, leading the sales floor to achieve and exceed personal and team sales goals, and managing day-to-day team activities. Responsibilities include opening/closing procedures, cash handling, asset protection, inventory control, POS system management, merchandising, product placement, visual presentation, and stockroom operations. The role requires coaching and mentoring peers, staying informed on product launches, serving as a brand ambassador, and ensuring compliance with company policies while maintaining high service standards in a fast-paced retail environment.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years or older
- 2-3 years of retail experience with a preference for store leadership roles
- Flexibility in work schedule including nights, weekends, holidays and extended hours
- Regular attendance and punctuality
- Ability to move merchandise and handle physical requirements of the job
