Job Summary

Lead the hourly team in a food-processing manufacturing setting on the 2nd shift. Responsibilities include assigning tasks, verifying completion, rotating assignments, enforcing safety and work rules, investigating incidents, ensuring proper paperwork, maintaining equipment operation, performing timely quality checks, basic troubleshooting and deviations handling, basic machine maintenance, training and guiding back-ups, weighing final WIP racks, issuing product into SAP, maintaining inventories, keeping the work area clean, following GMP processes, working in a cold environment, lifting up to 50 lbs, and adhering to FIFO. Requires strong communication in English and teamwork, with proficiency in Excel/SAP and GMP knowledge.

Required Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years old with a High Scholl diploma GED or equivalent
  • Experience in operating food processing machines
  • Minimum computer skills Excel / SAP
  • Practice proper GMP’s and good housekeeping
  • Ability to accurately follow written and/or verbal instructions
  • Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment, preferred
  • Basic math and computer skills
  • Work in a safe and effective manner
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills working in a team environment
  • Must be able to communicate effectively in English both verbal and written
