Job Summary
Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to meet short-term and long-term talent needs while leveraging channels like job boards, social media, employee referrals, and educational partnerships. Optimize candidate pipelines for volume and niche roles, ensuring diverse talent pools, and lead a team of sourcing specialists through mentorship, performance monitoring against KPIs, and training on sourcing techniques. Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to define ideal profiles, share market insights, and ensure smooth lead handoffs to the recruitment team. Utilize ATS and recruitment tools to manage databases, explore new technologies for efficiency, and analyze metrics to drive continuous improvement. Collaborate with marketing to promote the employer brand and represent the company at recruitment events and community outreach programs.
Required Qualifications
- At least 3-5 years of experience in sourcing or recruitment
- Proven experience in sourcing talent for BPO roles, including volume and niche hiring
- Expertise in sourcing tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media)
- Strong knowledge of recruitment metrics and analytics
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with ATS and CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, Workday, or similar systems)
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred but not mandatory with relevant experience)
