Job Summary
Team Lead of Content Moderators responsible for supervising daily moderation operations, guiding complex policy interpretations, monitoring performance and trends, scheduling/workflow management, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve enforcement strategies. Responsibilities include coaching and onboarding new team members, conducting content audits for consistency, acting as escalation point for complex moderation issues, and reporting trends to leadership. Must have 2-4 years of leadership experience in compliance/policy-related fields, strong integrity, ability to handle high-risk moderation scenarios (hate speech, misinformation, self-harm, fraud), and proficient English communication. This role supports full remote work from home and offers a bonus system, vacation/sick leave, and a learning/sport program. Knowledge of trust and safety policies, policy enforcement, and data-driven moderation is essential.
Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years of leadership experience in compliance, regulatory affairs, or policy-related fields
- Strong sense of integrity, professionalism, and the ability to respond to high-risk cases including hate speech, violent extremism, self-harm, fraud, exploitation, and misinformation/disinformation
- Strong ability to interpret and apply platform policies, ensuring team compliance and consistent enforcement
- Proficiency in tracking and reviewing moderation data, identifying trends and areas for improvement
- Effective written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to provide clear guidance and feedback to team members
