Job Summary
Lead daily restaurant operations at Protein Bar & Kitchen, managing shifts, controlling labor and COGS, ensuring guest satisfaction, and developing the team. Responsibilities include maintaining food and beverage quality, upholding cleanliness standards, delegating tasks, engaging customers, and running line duties as needed. - Must be able to work in both warm and cool environments; indoors and outdoors
- Must be able to tolerate potential exposure to allergens: peanut products, egg, dairy, gluten, soy, seafood and shellfish
