Job Summary
Lead and manage a field sales team of 5+ members to drive EDC device sales and deployment in the Oil & Gas sector (e.g., petrol pumps, distributors), build channel partner relationships, ensure target achievement through ground execution, monitor productivity and incentive earnings, train and motivate the team, analyze market trends and competitor activities, and perform regular reporting using Excel and sales tools. Requires a Graduate degree, 3+ years in channel sales and distribution, proven field-sales leadership, and familiarity with merchant onboarding, incentives, and POS/EDC device sales; Pune-based position with a team-oriented, growth-focused environment.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate (mandatory)
- Experience in channel sales & distribution (min 3 years)
- Proven experience in leading field sales teams
- Strong knowledge of merchant onboarding, incentives, and field sales operations
- Experience in POS/EDC device sales preferred
- Familiar with metrics-based sales tracking and incentive planning
