Job Summary
Establish and maintain effective working relationships with key internal and external partners including the Ministry of Health, health authorities, regulatory bodies, educational institutions, and recruitment agencies. Provide direct supervision and support to designated staff, managing task prioritization, performance feedback, evaluations, and disciplinary actions while fostering a positive team culture. Oversee day-to-day program operations, implement annual workplans, and ensure effective coordination of activities and staffing coverage. Lead assigned projects, contribute to project planning and partner engagement, and provide expert guidance on program policies and procedures to support consistent decision-making.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related discipline
- Minimum of five (5) years' recent related experience, including experience supervising, leading, coaching and mentoring staff, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and other database software, including pivot tables, graphing, formulas, creating dashboards and reports, experience working with large data sets
- Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills, both verbally and in writing, and proven ability to be sensitive to context
- Proven ability to plan and execute projects with stringent timelines
- Ability to handle vast demands and rapid change
- Ability to organize workload, understand and apply relevant Acts and Regulations, deal with conflict, assess and establish priorities, and take action
