Job Summary
Assists in coordinating day-to-day activities and operations of the PICU. Collaborates with patients, families, peers, physicians, and healthcare team in delivering quality patient care. Provides direct patient care and assumes the resource nurse role as needed. Ensures off-shift visibility and coverage, reporting to the Nurse Manager.
