Job Summary
Coordinate and coach teammates to deliver exceptional consumer service and maintain a premium brand experience. Support daily business operations to achieve sales targets across digital services, visual merchandising, and promotional campaigns. Identify and solve problems in partnership with store leadership while ensuring compliance with all NIKE standards and guidelines. Lead by example to bring the consumer journey to life, specializing in one business area while supporting cross-functional initiatives. This role requires effective communication, product sales expertise, and flexibility for retail hours including weekends and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Flexible with scheduling and available to work retail hours, which may include day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays, based on department and store/company needs
Desired Qualifications
- Customer service and/or retail experience preferred
- Effective communicator, brand ambassador, and collaborative teammate
- Demonstrated ability to apply product sales techniques
