Lead a Nike Employee Store team to deliver premium consumer service, coach teammates, and coordinate daily operations to achieve sales targets. Responsible for driving performance across areas including digital services, visual merchandising, sales floor, and promotional campaigns. Identify and solve problems in partnership with store leadership, act as a brand ambassador for Nike initiatives, and ensure compliance with Nike standards and guidelines.
