Job Summary

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from a U.S. accredited college or university
- Professional Engineer (P.E.) registration in Wisconsin
- Minimum of ten (10) years progressive experience in all aspects of civil engineering
- At least 5 years of experience as a project manager or manager-level responsibilities
- Experience with client interaction, business development, proposal development, and contract negotiation
