Job Summary
Team Lead Mortgage Consultant to coach and train mortgage originations teams while maintaining personal loan production goals. Demonstrates best practices in loan origination, client engagement, and compliance; acts as a second voice on calls to support originators and improve conversion. Leads daily huddles and weekly training sessions focused on sales techniques, product knowledge, and pipeline management. Monitors team pipeline, identifies opportunities for improvement, and partners with Sales Manager to address performance gaps and celebrate wins. Shares insights to help team members overcome objections and close more loans; fosters a positive, high-energy team culture aligned with Newrez values. Serves as liaison between originators and leadership to ensure alignment and transparency; assists with onboarding and mentoring new team members; supports compliance with Code of Conduct and regulatory guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- NMLS License required
- 6+ years in mortgage sales or originations
- Prior experience mentoring or coaching peers preferred
