Job Summary
Team Lead overseeing a team of project managers and CIW consultants, balancing hands-on delivery with leadership duties. Responsibilities include setting priorities, removing blockers, coaching for outcomes and client value, conducting 1:1s, creating development plans, monitoring delivery quality, coordinating resourcing, and contributing to recruiting and onboarding. The role emphasizes accountability, continuous improvement, and collaboration with practice leadership to drive measurable client outcomes in a hybrid work model with travel as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience preferred
- 5+ years of claims, consulting, or program delivery experience
- at least 2 years in a supervisory or lead role preferred
- strong coaching and people-management skills
- ability to balance hands-on delivery with leadership responsibilities
- proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint; RMIS or BI tools a plus
- willingness to travel and work a hybrid schedule
