Team Lead - Metallurgy and Receipt Inspection

Facilitate team members for failure analysis, metallurgy verification, and report sign-offs to resolve part quality issues. Execute monthly audit plans for WCQ zero-rust standards and VEPDC spare parts, including critical safety audits and AMCG issue resolutions. Monitor departmental capex execution within the 53 MINR budget and lead supplier negotiations to close non-conformance reports and CAPA actions. Manage a span of control including direct and indirect reportees across Metallurgy and VEPDC divisions. Requires B.E/B.Tech degree with 6-8 years of automobile industry experience.
