Job Summary
Senior Team Lead for Merchant Acquisition at GrabMart in Bangkok, responsible for end-to-end merchant acquisition and optimization of onboarding processes, contract negotiations, and partnerships. Role emphasizes strategic identification of merchant gaps, activation pipeline management, cross-functional collaboration, and delivering data-driven insights using Excel and SQL. Requires 4+ years in sales/business development/merchant acquisition, a bachelor's degree, and fluent Thai and English; experience in e-commerce or food delivery and knowledge of digital marketplaces. Based in Bangkok with in-person work arrangements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in sales, business development, or merchant acquisition
- Preferably strong understanding of Quick commerce or E-commerce landscape, O2O (offline-to online) or retail tech industry
- Communication: both Thai and English
- Experience to work as part of a team and dynamic culture
- Analytical : Proficiency in Microsoft excel (can perform complex functions) to generate insights, track performance
- Proficiency in SQL or similar database query language
- Experience in e-commerce or food delivery industry
- Team and people management
- Knowledge of digital marketplaces and online grocery delivery services
