Job Summary
Team Lead, Mental Health & Substance Use leads on-site operations for the Residential Housing Program, oversees documentation, develops programming aligned with evidence-informed practices, participates in crisis management and staff supervision, and represents the Jean Tweed Centre in the community. The role requires collaboration to provide leadership, supervise staff and volunteers, ensure harm-reduction and trauma-informed approaches, and maintain client safety and program goals. Qualifications include a Diploma in Social Work or relevant field with 1-3 years of experience, live-in treatment experience, strong leadership and interpersonal skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
