Job Summary
Lead a team of 3-5 ecommerce professionals to drive sales and marketing of clients' products on marketplaces with a focus on Amazon Seller Central. Oversee onboarding of new customers (seller accounts, content creation, product listings, fulfillment), and drive ongoing account growth (advertising, promotions, inventory management, account health). Serve as the primary expert for Amazon inquiries, guide the team, and share knowledge to maintain high-quality delivery.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years hands-on experience in online marketing and ecommerce, with a strong focus on Amazon Seller Central
- Experience in agency, brand-side, or running own business
- Ownership mindset and accountability for results
- Self-starter with ability to prioritize independently
- Desire to continuously grow expertise in fast-moving industry
- Strong communication in German and English (written and spoken) with international clients
