Manage a single store operation by hiring, directing associates, and achieving financial goals while ensuring exceptional guest experiences. Lead a team through an 8-week leadership training program and utilize hands-on preparation to drive store success. Work flexible shifts including weekends within a 50-mile radius, maintaining Food Safety certification and physical stamina for hot, fast-paced kitchen environments.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Flexibility to work in a store within a 50-mile radius
- Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
- Serve Safe certified
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Able to stand up to four hours
- Able to reach across counter tops measured at 36 inches
- Able to work in a fast-paced work environment
- Effective verbal communication skills
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment with changing priorities
- Ability to manage conflicts/difficult situations
