Job Summary
Team Lead for Directory Services responsible for planning and modernizing the directory services infrastructure. Oversees AD security and hardening, automates identity-related workflows, and manages GPOs and RBAC concepts. Contributes to architecture decisions and strategic initiatives, ensuring smooth collaboration with Infrastructure, Security, Workplace, and Support teams. Requires IT-education or equivalent, several years of Microsoft infrastructure or hybrid identity experience, strong knowledge of Active Directory, Entra ID, DNS, GPO, PKI, Windows Server, and PowerShell scripting. Ideally has prior experience leading teams and can communicate effectively in German and English in a technical and international context.
Required Qualifications
- Berufsausbildung/Studium im IT-Bereich oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- mehrjährige Erfahrung im Microsoft Infrastruktur- oder Hybrid-Identity-Umfeld
- tiefgehendes technisches Verständnis für Active Directory, Entra ID und hybride Microsoft-Umgebungen
- sicherer Umgang mit AD-Infrastrukturdiensten wie DNS, GPO, PKI und Windows Servern
- Scripting-Kompetenz in PowerShell
- gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse auf technischer Ebene
