Job Summary
Lead the Logistics Systems Support team in Medline India, overseeing task assignments, monitoring performance, and coordinating with application development and help-desk teams to address internal customer issues. Troubleshoot and develop technical solutions for application issues, create workaround procedures when standard procedures fail, and escalate urgent problems. Track development issues, manage metrics and KPIs, conduct ticket and call quality reviews, and coach team members to deliver exceptional support for Medline employee and customer needs. Occasional travel, possibly international, may be required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- At least 4+ years of experience in a related area; familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures; experience providing application and infrastructure support
