Job Summary
Manage the day-to-day activities of the production team and develop timelines to achieve organizational targets by delegating tasks. Empower and train team members to improve confidence, product knowledge, and communication skills while driving LEAN manufacturing and solving process gaps. Foster positive communication and team bonding within the production environment. Requires three years of supervisory experience in food production, knowledge of GMP and food quality processes, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Day shift schedule with hourly pay of $22.00 - $23.00.
Required Qualifications
- Three years minimum of previous supervisory experience
- Ability to communicate in English
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- This position is for Day shift
- Frequently required to lift and/or move objects weighing 10 to 25 pounds
- Frequently required to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- Regularly required to stand, walk, and talk
- Frequently required to climb or balance
- Regularly required to sit
- Regularly works in outside weather conditions, both hot and cold

Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED certificate
- Previous 3 years experience or more in food production
- Knowledge of equipment and food production processes
- Bilingualism
- Knowledge of GMP, GFSI, SQF and food quality processes and procedures
