Job Summary
Conduct daily Life Skills Day Program support for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities by providing instruction in activities of daily living, transporting to community resources, teaching new skills, and assisting with personal care needs. Develop individual schedules, offer supportive supervision, and continuously improve service quality. Utilize problem-solving and time management skills to foster positive relationships while ensuring compliance with required training, including First Aid/CPR certification, background checks, and drug testing. Work Monday through Friday from 7 am to 3 pm at the Sunman, IN location.
Required Qualifications
- Eighteen (18) Years of Age or older
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Valid Driver's License
- Complete required training including First Aid/CPR certification
