Job Summary
Mentor teachers while supporting directors in daily school operations and create fun, interactive learning experiences. Assume Director or Assistant Director duties during absences, including opening and closing the school, and ensure daily child care by following licensing guidelines and company standards. Communicate directly with parents and prospective parents to achieve success for the child. Requires high school diploma, state education requirements, and experience coaching staff in a licensed childcare facility. Full-time Monday-Friday schedule with bi-weekly pay options.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Must meet state requirements for education
- Experience coaching and training staff members
- Associates degree in early childhood education or child development or a CDA
- Experience working in a licensed childcare facility
- Experience leading a classroom
- Experience creating educational lesson plans
