Team Lead

Lead classroom management and curriculum implementation while promoting the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children, with instruction comprising at least 50% of the weekly schedule. Communicate and build relationships with families to support the center's success, and mentor new hires and fellow teachers through training and the creation of interactive learning experiences. Ensure daily care of every child by following all licensing guidelines and company standards, taking on Director duties including opening and closing the school in their absence. Work Monday through Friday with bi-weekly or daily pay options and access to health insurance, tuition reimbursement, and a 401K match.
