Team Lead

Lead classroom instruction and manage daily care for preschool children, covering at least 50% of the weekly schedule while promoting social, physical, and intellectual growth. Implement curriculum standards, handle opening and closing procedures, and step in for the Director or Assistant Director as needed. Mentor new hires and fellow teachers, build relationships with families, and ensure compliance with all licensing guidelines and company standards. This role requires experience in a licensed facility and the ability to engage in physical activity with children.
