Team Lead

Mentor fellow teachers while supporting directors in daily school operations and create fun, interactive learning experiences. Take on Director or Assistant Director duties in their absence, including opening and closing the school, and ensure daily child care by following all licensing guidelines and company standards. Communicate directly with parents and prospective parents to achieve success for the child. This role requires experience coaching staff, leading classrooms, and creating lesson plans, with an associate degree in early childhood education or a CDA preferred. The Team Lead assists in managing newly hired and existing employees within a collaborative community dedicated to guiding, teaching, and protecting children.
