Team Lead

Lead classroom instruction for preschool children, covering at least 50% of the weekly schedule while promoting social, physical, and intellectual growth. Manage classroom operations, including opening and closing the school in the Director's absence, and mentor new hires and fellow teachers. Communicate with families to support child achievement and ensure daily care aligns with licensing guidelines and company standards. This role requires experience in licensed childcare, lesson plan implementation, and physical activity with children.
