Team Lead

Lead classroom instruction and manage curriculum implementation for preschool children, covering at least 50% of the weekly schedule. Promote social, physical, and intellectual growth while ensuring daily care aligns with licensing guidelines and company standards. Mentor new hires and support fellow teachers through training and the creation of interactive learning experiences. Communicate regularly with families to promote achievement and support center success. Assume Director or Assistant Director duties during their absence, including opening and closing the school.
