Team Lead

Promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of children through classroom instruction comprising at least 50% of the weekly schedule. Lead classroom management and curriculum implementation while ensuring daily care aligns with all licensing guidelines and company standards. Communicate with families to support child achievement and assist in managing, training, and mentoring new hires and fellow teachers. Take on Director or Assistant Director duties in their absence, including opening and closing the school. Create fun, interactive learning experiences for preschoolers.
