Job Summary
Team Lead at a child care center responsible for promoting the social, physical, and intellectual growth of children, leading classroom management and curriculum implementation (classroom instruction at least 50% of weekly schedule), communicating with families to support student achievement and center success, mentoring and training new hires, and stepping in as Director or Assistant Director in the absence of leadership. Must ensure daily care per licensing guidelines and company standards and be an energetic, dependable, and passionate contributor able to work indoors or outdoors with children.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in a licensed childcare facility, leading a classroom, and implementing lesson plans.
- Able to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
- 18+ years old
- The ability to meet state and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience.
