Team Lead, Learning and Development (Contract, Remote)

Team Lead, Learning and Development responsible for guiding the instructional design team’s collaboration, coordinating project timelines and approvals, and turning goals into actionable tasks. Lead the planning of learning design projects, translate plans into concrete task lists, serve as main point of contact across teams and stakeholders, organize approvals and reviews, monitor capacity and escalate bottlenecks, and contribute to the development of internal e-learning projects. Drive broader communication efforts for training launches, and participate in process improvements to scale INFUSE Academy operations. Demonstrates strong AI literacy with experience leveraging AI to scale solutions (e.g., creating custom GPTs), superb communication and relationship-building skills, effective stakeholder management, highly organized and detail-oriented, adaptable to shifting priorities, and a collaborative, team-focused approach. Must possess impeccable English oral and writing skills and thrive in a fast-paced, global environment.
