Job Summary
Lead a local market team of Brand Ambassadors to drive experiential marketing programs, community activations, and retail sampling within the Houston area. Own brand visibility and consumer engagement through partnerships with retailers, influencers, event organizers, and community partners. Recruit, train, coach, and manage a team of part-time Brand Ambassadors; coordinate logistics for activations, including permitting, setup, execution, breakdown, and post-event reporting. Maintain inventory controls, transport materials to activations, and provide actionable market insights via CRM and reports. Collaborate with the Field Marketing Manager to develop weekly priorities and activation plans; ensure activities comply with company standards and safety guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in experiential marketing, brand activation, field marketing, event marketing, consumer engagement, community marketing, or related fields.
- Must reside within 25 miles of the assigned market.
- Strong interpersonal, relationship-building, and communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; comfortable using CRM, reporting, and event management tools.
- Background check including driving record, education verification, employment verification, and criminal history review.
