Job Summary

Team Lead at the Las Vegas Client Relations Center responsible for modeling excellence while achieving/exceeding sales, KPIs, and service levels. Serves as the first point of contact for ambassadors, and as an expert in systems, processes, and procedures to foster a professional, client-oriented environment. Responsibilities include driving sales through professional client interactions (inbound and outbound), handling inquiries via Phone, Email, Chat, and Social Media, escalating and resolving cases, coaching ambassadors on performance and system usage, managing After Sales inquiries in collaboration with the NYC team, staying informed on launches and campaigns, monitoring and communicating KPI performance with management, and supporting special projects. Must possess strong communication and problem-solving skills, cultivate client relationships, uphold brand standards, and be flexible with hours and travel as needed. Applicants must have valid work authorization for employment in the USA. Salary negotiable based on experience; comprehensive benefits package offered.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2+ years in contact center/customer service environment
  • ability to learn and use multiple applications and systems (Microsoft Office; Salesforce, CRM, or other comparable email and chat; SAP)
