Conduct classroom instruction covering at least 50% of the weekly schedule while promoting social, physical, and intellectual growth. Manage classroom operations, implement curriculum, and mentor new hires and fellow teachers. Communicate with families to support child achievement and assume Director duties during absences, including opening and closing the school. Ensure daily care aligns with licensing guidelines and company standards. This role requires experience in a licensed childcare facility, leading a classroom, and implementing lesson plans. Candidates must be at least 18 and possess college credits or a CDA preferred.
