Job Summary
Team Lead/Keyholder at Vera Bradley responsible for opening and closing the store, directing and training associates, driving sales goals, and delivering a positive shopping experience. Acts as Brand Ambassador, maintains visual merchandising standards, supports store operations (inventory, ordering, training, communications with Guests), and serves as liaison between staff and leadership. Focus on loss prevention, team motivation, and creating a collaborative work environment while upholding company values and delivering excellent customer service. Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills, ability to manage multiple tasks, and flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays. High school diploma or equivalent preferred; prior retail and management experience strongly preferred; experience with retail POS system a plus.
