Job Summary
Team Lead & Junior Program Manager responsible for operational performance in ITES-4H contract responses, leading RFQ intake, overseeing workflows, managing the CLIN catalog, and reporting on contract performance. Requires 2-6 years in federal contract operations with strong proficiency in quoting tools and process governance.
Required Qualifications
- 2-6 years of experience in federal contract operations, contract vehicles, RFQ/quote execution, Sales Operations, or related operational fields.
- Experience with federal acquisition processes, contract compliance, and CLIN-based catalog structures.
- Strong understanding of workflow design, process documentation, and operational controls.
- Proficiency in quoting tools, contract portals, pricing workflows, and ERP/CRM systems (e.g., NetSuite, Contraqer, Salesforce, Dynamics, etc.).
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and written communication skills.
- Ability to work under deadline pressure with high accuracy and attention to detail.
Desired Qualifications
- Direct experience supporting or executing responses under ITES-3H or ITES-4H.
- Prior experience in a player-coach leadership role.
- Familiarity with ISO-aligned governance structures and PMO methodologies.
- Working knowledge of OEM pricing programs, partner portals, and federal quoting processes.
