Job Summary
Assign tasks to team members to optimize productivity while monitoring their output daily and coaching underperformers. Audit work quality, provide feedback on attendance or conduct, and listen to team concerns to resolve issues or escalate as necessary. Assist with Supervisor documentation, job setups, and paperwork while completing required Warehouse Management System tasks such as printing orders and end-of-day processing. Maintain high standards for professional conduct and promote a safe, motivating workplace atmosphere. Onboarding and training new hires are also key responsibilities.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to handle multiple tasks while under pressure and work in a team environment
- Must be able to provide leadership to team members on various projects
- Strong communication skills, writing and verbal
- Self-motivated and able to work with little or no supervision
- Must be able to lift and carry/move up to 50 lbs
- Must be available to work overtime as required
- Must be willing to submit a background check
- Ability to work legally in the United States
Desired Qualifications
- Previous warehouse/distribution experience preferred
- Previous experience using WMS (Warehouse Management System) preferred, but not required
- Bilingual for Spanish is preferred
